EMAIL MARKETING

Although DYPER products are carried nationwide in big box retail stores, they also have a thriving subscription business. We joined forces to develop several key email flows for new monthly subscribers, new mailing list subscribers, and people who had visited but not completed the checkout process, resulting in an empty cart.

Different emails in a sequence served different purposes. For example, with the Abandoned Cart Emails, my strategy was to build a narrative over multiple emails — educate, then build desire, then make an offer, in that order. The approach makes the offers more likely to be redeemed, while also giving new potential customers compelling reasons to want to try the product.
